· Why should we register our company with you?

You need to register for you to access the services we provide and also as a security measure for our jobseekers against fraudulent job postings.

· How much does it cost?

Nothing, it's free of charge.

· When will my account be activated?

Your account will be activated as soon as you have completed the registration form.

· I can't remember my password, what should I do?

You can go our password recovery page to reset the password.

· I can't remember my username, what should I do?

Please contact us, stating your registered email address and we will send your username to the registered email address.

· I would like to change my details and/or my password, what do I do?

To change your password and contact details, please go to your My Profile page.

· Can I change my username?

No, that's not possible. The username you originally entered has already been configured to the email address that you have registered.

· I'd like to post my job vacancies, how much does it cost?

Nothing, it's free of charge.

· Is there a limit on the number of Jobs I can post?

Yes. You can only post ten (10) job listings on our site. In the future, we will be adding features that would allow you to add more than ten posts, but for now, If you need to post additional job listings, you would have to de-active/delete old job posts.

· What do I have to do to be able to post my job vacancies?

Once you have completed the Registration Process, you can immediately start posting your job requirements.

· How long will my postings remain on the site?

All postings will remain on the site for three months but you can remove it before that or, if you have not found a suitable candidate, you can renew it for another three months

· I'd like to change the details of one of my postings, how do I do it?

To change the details of your posting, simply go to the My Listings Page, then select the Posting you want to modify and click Edit.

· I'd like to deactivate one of my postings, how do I do it?

To deactivate your posting, simply go to the My Listings Page, then select the Posting you want to modify and click Deactivate.
