Job Description
We are looking for a TOP Hybrid VA with 6+ years experience in SEO, web design, & PHP programming. We are dedicated to helping both our employees and clients achieve the highest level of success and look forward to continuing to expand our existing team.
Being able to problem solve, think creatively thru situations, and find effective solutions will be a critical asset in this role. This job isn't for everyone.
Competence with html and css will be mandatory, as well as the ability to do basic photoshop design and image slicing / optimization.
You're ability to learn on the job and by yourself is of paramount importance. In other words we would give you a description, and if you didn't know how to do the task, then you'd do some research and figure it out (if necessary).
This is a long term role. We are building this role into a team of 5 - 10. Ideally, you'd have some project / account management experience that would allow us to promote you into a management role later.
Also, you must be able to communicate in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Experience in the online gaming sector is highly desirable
* Manage our client's quality link building campaigns from start to completion including end of month reporting. Our managers will quality check your end of month reports and be available to assist you wherever required.
* Expert at HTML, Dreamweaver, PHP, Photoshop, MySQL
* Experience with SEO programs like SENuke, ScrapeBox, etc
* We also provide access to world class online training materials from SEOMOZ etc
* The types of High Quality (not Quantity) links you will be producing include the following:
· Targeted Article submissions
· Targeted Press Release submissions
· Targeted Social Media Network Submissions
· Targeted Video submissions
· Targeted Blog submissions
· Targeted Forum submissions
· Targeted Directory submission
· Targeted Online Groups submissions
· Targeted Classified Ads submissions
· Targeted Social Bookmarking submissions
· Major Search Engine submissions
PRIMARY TASKS
Primary Tasks
- make web sites. do both the the graphic design and coding for the site. Mainly landing pages, squeeze page and email capture pages.
- do SEO for multiple sites
Secondary tasks
- coding and programing. Many small projects and some larger ones involving the integration of several web based tracking systems.
- banner creation
- campaign management and data entry.
- virtual assistant tasks such as: booking flights, hotels, doing research, handling ocasional calls.

JOB DETAILS
This is a full time position and requires 40h/week from home. This full time position is NOT available to any one with other full/part time employment!
Part time positions are available and will be considered but please be clear that you are interested in a part time position and what your other current employment commitments you have.
You must have your own computer and reliable high speed internet access. Hours are flexible and can be negotiated but must maintain fast delivery on daily projects and be able to share your computer screen at any time and be reachable by skype.
