Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Perform advanced accounting tasks, providing specialized analysis and troubleshooting payroll issues.
- Requires knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures (Preferably with an Accounting Degree and/or 5 years experience).
- Strong exposure to Bank Reconciliations and GL Reconciliations - down to employee level.
- Advance experience in Excel and Access
- SAP, Infinium or AS400 systems experience preferred.
- Not more than 50 years old.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to be based in Makati and work on a graveyard shift.
Job Description:
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
- General Ledger Account Reconciliation
- Compiles data for analysis
- Prepares reports of outstanding items and drives to resolution
- Assists in performing month end closing
- Prepares journal entries for reclass, intercompany, and miscellaneous items
- Monitors payroll deduction accounts
