Minimum 4 years experience in an advertising agency
Should be passionate and self-motivated
Able to understand marketing strategies and meet business requirements for marketing campaigns, conceptualise marketing campaign ideas, develop mock-ups/look & feel/art direction, present the work and guide a team of web designers to realise their vision.
A track record od award-winning work will be a district bonus.
