Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY
Assisting user and technical support specialist to identify and correct hardware problems.
Assisting in the installation of hardware updates upgrades or fixes.
Retrieval of equipments for maintenance / repair and delivery of new / repaired equipment
Participation in hardware rollout.
Performance of any related tasks.
Transfer of relaated technology / skills to RC staff
QUALIFICATION
Diplopma in electronic with at least three (3) years experience in hardware support field, or higher
Skilled at maintaining and troubleshooting printer / projector of well known brands.
Previous HW support preferably with printers, projector or other computer related equipment.
Comp TIA PDI + Certification is Preferred
HP Printer Certification is a plus
Prefereed bilingual with English and Arabic Speaking, reading and writing skills.
Provide assistance and technical guidance for Hardware (Printer / projector)
Transfer Knowledge To RC Staff.
