Job Description
THE SULTAN CENTER Restaurant Divisions responsible for the operations of quality outlets under the following:
EPICURE GROUP RESTAURANTS ( which includes Au Bon Pain, Pizzetta, Prime & Toast, eighty6 Bistro, Izakaya, Crispy Shawarma, The Butcher's Den) and
GOODFOOD COMPANY RESTAURANTS (which includes Ruby Tuesday, Wasabi, Abou El Sid, Chi-chi's, Cafe Sultan and Jean's Grill)
is in need of CHEF DE PARTIE (LINE COOK/SECTION CHEF) who will be responsible for MANAGING the day to day kitchen production activities of an assigned station to ensure outstanding customer service
Age 23-35 years old, male and female
Pleasing personality, Physically presentable
Background in food hygiene and safety, sequence of restaurant service
At least 2 years experience in the same capacity
