Job Description
THE SULTAN CENTER Restaurant Divisions responsible the operations of quality outlets under the following:
EPICURE GROUP RESTAURANTS ( which includes Au Bon Pain, Pizzetta, Prime & Toast, eighty6 Bistro, Izakaya, Crispy Shawarma, The Butcher's Den) and
GOODFOOD COMPANY RESTAURANTS (which includes Ruby Tuesday, Wasabi, Abou El Sid, Chi-chi's, Cafe Sultan and Jean's Grill)
is in need of ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGERS, who will be responsible for providing support to the restaurant manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations, driving sales targets, manage controllable costs, coaching and developing team members and ensuring profitable growth and outstanding customer service
-Age 25-35 years old, Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business or HRM
-With trainings and Work Certifications, excellent communication skills.
-With proven track record of delivering financial targets and managing the restaurant according to the concept/theme.
