We are presently in need of Customer Service Agents who provide customer support assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties:
- Provide Q&A responses on the support.exvo.com pages
- Write and maintain help pages
- Provide direct client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and live chat.
- Provide training to clients on using and working with Exvo products.
Qualifications:
- Call center experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Must be proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, chat system and web browsers.
- Must be patient, hard working and can work in a team
Desired Skills:
- Open, friendly and helpful personality
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Experience with hardware and software issues.
